Soldiers in the army can take the officer school or the non-commissioned officer school. You can choose the direction in advance when you register for the military examination, and the registration time for the military examination is generally between January and February, and will not exceed March at the latest.
To apply for the non-commissioned officer school, you need to have an ordinary high school diploma or above or equivalent academic ability, there is no requirement for age, but there is a requirement for the length of service, which requires 1 year of service and no more than 3 years. For those who re-enlist, the total period of service in the two times shall not exceed 3 years. Personnel who have performed overseas, escort, and peacekeeping related tasks will be relaxed for one year. Other conditions require volunteers to serve on active duty to the rank of second sergeant or above (police rank), and non-direct recruitment and targeted training of sergeants. Participate in a physical examination organized by the army and conclude that you are qualified.

After the results are released in July every year, the volunteer process is carried out in a combination of personal choice and organizational arrangement. Candidates who apply for the sergeant academy can only fill in 1 volunteer (excluding the transfer volunteer) and be the same or similar to the major and position they are engaged in as much as possible.
