It is understood that this group is mainly for women who need to reduce stress, such as young women who have just entered the workplace, stay-at-home mothers, etc., through the help of OH cards, meditation, mandala painting and other forms, to help group members open their hearts, and provide a space for group members who are facing pressure in multiple fields. Under the guidance of the social worker, the group members spoke freely and expressed their confusionIn response to the different confusions of the group members, the social worker adhered to the concept of helping others to help themselves, and taught NLP techniques such as "self-acceptance method", "borrowing method" and "emotional withdrawal method" to help group members accept themselves, master simple psychological techniques, help themselves alleviate bad emotions, and establish a healthy and stable intimate relationship.
According to the "Guangdong Provincial Women's Development Plan (2021-2030)", it is proposed to pay attention to the physical and mental health of women and children, and better play the unique role of women in social life and family life. Dongguan Magnolia Family Service Center pays attention to the spiritual growth needs of women and family members of different ages, and from a professional perspective, since June 2023, it has carried out 25 diversified physical and mental health theme activities for women and families, serving more than 1,000 residents. At the same time, the center has cultivated a backbone service team of nearly 30 people for the "Yulan Care" psychological drama, and created a set of "mental health growth toolkits" containing ** relaxation, cards, paintings, etc., forming a synergistic force to jointly serve individuals and families in the society, providing more substantive physical and mental health care services and social support, and protecting the mental health of women and families with heart and affection.
