On December 2, the construction promotion meeting of Datang Huayin Zhuzhou 21 million kilowatt capacity expansion and upgrading project and the first concrete pouring ceremony were held in Gantian Town, Lukou.
At 10:28 a.m., in the main plant area of the project, the pump with an arm length of dozens of meters was in operation, and thick concrete gushed out of the pipe and poured on the basis of the boiler of the main plant, and the scene applauded thunderously. The first concrete pouring was successful, marking that the key construction project of this province has officially entered the stage of full construction.
The construction scale of the project is two 1 million kilowatt ultra-supercritical secondary reheat coal-fired power generation units, and the simultaneous construction of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification facilities and supporting special wharves will be built. The project adopts the world's advanced technology, compared with the conventional million-kilowatt secondary reheat unit, it can reduce the heat consumption value by 13 kilowatt hours and save the standard coal consumption of power generation by 047 grams of kWh. The project adopts the flue gas deep waste heat utilization system to improve the thermal efficiency of the unit, which can reduce the heat consumption of the steam turbine by 82 kilojoules and kWh, and comprehensively save the standard coal consumption by about 217 grams of kWh, and the water-saving effect is remarkable, in line with the national "energy conservation and emission reduction" policy requirements.
After the completion of the project, it will provide important support for the power of the load center of Changzhutan, and play a positive role in ensuring the energy and power security of the province, promoting the clean, low-carbon and efficient use of energy, and accelerating the construction of a new energy system.
