In the busy and hard work, we unconsciously ushered in the new year. The outgoing year 2023 is a meaningful, rewarding, and fulfilling year for me.
In the 5th year of entering the college entrance examination industry, I also have a greater sense of honor and mission for the professional identity of "college entrance examination volunteer planner". Especially every year, the admission results come out one after another, the students take the admission notice to tell me the good news, and receive the thanks and pennants from the parents, which makes my blood boil.
2023 is coming to an end, 2024 is a new journey, and I have combed through the 2024 list in the past few days:

In 2023, I participated in the offline training meeting of the senior reporter in Jinan and benefited a lot.
After 5 years in the industry, I thought I was a veteran of the industry, and by chance I participated in the offline training activities of the high-tech newspaper teacher, which gave me more inspiration and ideas, and also made me realize that there are mountains outside the mountains, and the high-tech newspaper industry is worth doing a good job of deep cultivation and making standards. I received a lot of inspiration from many aspects such as recruitment, services, and high value-added products. Therefore, in 2024, it is planned to officially include participation in offline training as an annual list.
At present, I am working part-time in the form of a personal studio, and this year I serve 22 people alone, and my income is less than 15w. This data is quite satisfactory to me, in order to ensure the quality of service, some referral customers, I did not accept it later.
It was also after participating in offline exchange training and communicating with more peers that I realized that I was relatively conservative. This year, the service capacity will be increased to 28 volunteers to fill in one-on-one full-case services.
As a major province in the college entrance examination, the competition for admission to higher education in Shandong is extraordinary. Other pathways to further education are also the needs of the market. After the accumulation of students and knowledge, we plan to officially launch high value-added further education services in 2024, and we should also let ourselves go out more and improve our horizons.
