As a democratic management system, democratic communication is incorporated into the company's service standardization management system.
At the same time, Cangzhou City took the lead in Hebei Province to carry out the quality assessment of the construction of the workers' congress, and established a unified leadership of the party organization, administrative support, and the implementation of the workers' congress evaluation work pattern.
Cangzhou Jingdong Rubber Trade Union organizes monthly seminars of employee representatives, collects the opinions and suggestions of employees, and provides mass foundation and intellectual support for enterprise management decisions. In 2023, the company will collect more than 200 rationalization suggestions, covering equipment repair, maintenance improvement, health and environmental protection, process improvement, production scheduling and other aspects.
