A review is a self-reflection document for one's own behavior and mistakes, and is usually used for self-criticism and reflection after making mistakes in order to better correct them. So, how should a review be written? Here's an example of a 300-word review body:

Dear Leader:

I am writing this review to reflect on the mistakes I made at work and to make sure I don't make the same mistakes in the future. I am deeply sorry that my mistakes have had a significant negative impact on the team and the project.

At work, I neglected the deadlines of the task, which led to the delay of the project and caused a lot of loss to the company and the client. I didn't take the importance of my work seriously, and I didn't plan and arrange my tasks carefully, which eventually led to this consequence.

Through this incident, I am deeply aware of my own shortcomings and mistakes, and I will be more serious and careful in my future work, and will never allow similar mistakes to occur. I will be more proactive in communicating with colleagues and leaders, solving problems in a timely manner, and ensuring the smooth progress of the project.

Once again, I apologize to the company and the customer, and I will do everything possible to make amends for my mistakes, and I also thank the company and my colleagues for their understanding and support. I will continue to work hard to learn and Xi improve my professional ability and make greater contributions to the development of the company.

Sincerely. Salute!
