Season 1 of the Living Rising Star Project

In the early days, my family has always been old-fashioned noodles, that is, every time I steam steamed buns, I leave a piece of noodles, and next time I use it as an introduction, we call it "leaven" here.

But I often don't steam steamed steamed buns, one is that the noodles are troublesome, each time I have to soak the dry dough in advance, which is commonly known as "leaven", and the other is that the noodles are made after the alkaline noodles are put in, I always can't grasp it well, the steamed steamed buns are either sour, or the alkaline noodles are too much, it is difficult to master.

Later, I began to use yeast powder to steam steamed buns, and after using it twice, I found that the yeast powder is really easy to use, not only convenient, but also very soft, the most important thing is not to worry about putting more alkaline noodles and less so.

In addition, it is best to melt the yeast powder with warm water in advance, and then add an appropriate amount of sugar.

If the time left for the dough is short, you can put more yeast powder when making the dough, otherwise you can put less. I usually make noodles at noon and steam steamed buns at night, so I leave them for a longer time and put less yeast powder.

Some people are worried about whether eating yeast powder will be bad for the body, in fact, there is no need to worry about this, the normal and appropriate amount of edible yeast powder is not harmful to the human body, yeast is rich in protein and vitamin B, and often eating yeast steamed bread also has the effect of strengthening the stomach and eliminating appetite!
