Two-color Cinchona, also known as Snow Chrysanthemum, Snake Chrysanthemum, is a perennial herbaceous plant of the Asteraceae family, which is cultivated on a certain scale in Xinjiang, especially in Hotan area, and some areas of Yunnan. The two-color cinchona is a close relative of the large-flowered cinchona, with red and yellow colors, the outer circle petals are yellow, and the inner circle center is red, and the two-color boundary is clear.
The two-color cinchona, the taste is sweeter, the flowers can be used to make tea, put in hot water, the natural pigment in the flowers will slowly dissolve into the water, dyeing the water with a bright red.
