Xu Hanfei is the director of the Education, Science, Culture and Health Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal People's Congress
Li Jie is the director of the Agricultural and Rural Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal People's Congress
Yu Jun is the vice chairman of the Financial and Economic Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal People's Congress
Liu Jianghong is the vice chairman of the Minzong Overseas Chinese Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal People's Congress
Chen Yongjie is the deputy director of the Research Office of the Standing Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal People's Congress
Cai Xiaofeng is a member of the Standing Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal People's Congress, a representative of the Standing Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal People's Congress and the deputy director of the Elected Working Committee
He Fenghua is the representative of the Standing Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal People's Congress and the deputy director of the elected working committee.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "People's Republic of China Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Organizations at All Levels" and the "Measures for the Appointment and Removal of State Organ Staff by the Standing Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal People's Congress", the meeting decided: accept Ni Huping's request to resign from the post of deputy mayor of Jiaxing City, and report to the Jiaxing Municipal People's Congress for the record.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Organizations at All Levels" and the "Measures for the Appointment and Removal of State Organ Staff of the Standing Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal People's Congress", the meeting decided: accept Yang Jinsong's request to resign from the post of chief procurator of the Jiaxing Municipal People's Procuratorate, report to the Jiaxing Municipal People's Congress for the record, and report to the chief procurator of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Procuratorate for approval of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress.
