Article 3: Liability for breach of contract.

1.If Party A is unable to purchase the house due to the reasons of the owner of the house, Party B promises to return the prepaid service fee received by Party A to Party A, and both parties are not liable, and this letter of intent shall be revoked and recovered by Party B at the same time.

2.If the house cannot be purchased according to this pre-purchase ** due to Party A's reasons, the prepaid service fee charged by Party B will not be refunded, and will be converted into liquidated damages, and this letter of intent will be revoked and recovered by Party B after being converted into liquidated damages.

Article 4: Validity, Termination and Dispute Resolution of the Agreement.
