1.System composition
The CRT-DMC660ML system is mainly composed of two parts: motion controller (DMC2600M) and handheld box (Leader30A).
With the DMC2600M controller as the core of the system, it can store 500 sets of processing data for different products
Leader30A handheld box, which is a handheld control terminal, communicates with DMC2600M controller in real time through standard Modbus protocolThe hand-held box adopts the same screen design of coordinate information collection and function editing, which makes the programming clearer and more convenient.

2. Basic knowledge of teaching
In the field of industrial control, the teach-in system is a very popular human-computer interactive control system that stores the movement action through the teach-in programming, and then reproduces the stored action. A complete teaching system consists of mechanical structure part, drive part, control system, teaching box and other parts. Generally speaking, the meaning of the teaching system, the imitation system, and the teaching system is roughly the same.

According to the above requirements, the functional characteristics of the system are briefly described as follows: it can save graphics, it will not be lost after power failure, simple operation, a variety of positioning and advanced functions, and it can be convenient and efficient to edit graphics. The controller and the handheld box are highly compatible, can work independently, and can store up to 500 graphics to meet the requirements of machining different workpieces. For this system, the basic steps of teaching are as follows:
1.Pre-plan the trajectory that needs to be moved (including spot welding, drag welding, arc welding, movement, output control, input detection jump, etc.).
2.According to the assumption of the first step, the processing process is edited, and it is noted that the parameters at this time are all to be determined.
3.Through the teach-in editing function in the hand-held box system, the reference points are moved to the target position by manual movement or coordinate input, and the position information of these points and related parameters are recorded. A series of points are combined to form a planned machining trajectory.
4.Set machining-related operating parameters (speed of each axis, coefficient, etc.).
5.Run the drawing with the specified number. The edited graphics can be reproduced through the control system, so that the purpose of multiple automatic processing can be carried out in one teach-in.
