Samsung will be delighted that just a few weeks before its first "Galaxy Unpacked" campaign of 2024, the Galaxy S24 Plus was incorrectly listed on the **retailer Walmart, leaking a wealth of information surrounding the flagship. One area that caught our attention was the number of features that Samsung intends to bring to this version, and they are plentiful and you will soon find out.
The onyx black finish of the Galaxy S24 Plus was spotted at Walmart, and although the list has been removed, we managed to grasp the key information that will be part of Samsung's marketing materials. Judging by the news**, we weren't impressed with the design, because from this point of view, it seems that the Korean giant has just repurposed the Galaxy S23 Plus chassis and used the name "Galaxy S24 Plus".
However, Samsung seems to have shifted most of its resources to the specifications and features of the model. Not only does the Galaxy S24 Plus come with 12GB of RAM, which is the first time that the "Plus" variant has been processed to so much memory, but it is also equipped with a plethora of features, including "real-time translation", "generative editing", "night imaging zoom", and more.
The display is also said to be slightly larger than the Galaxy S23 Plus, which will give the Galaxy S24 Plus inherent advantages such as more screen real estate, not to mention plenty of room to add a larger battery. Despite these improvements, there's no mention of the LLM (Large Language Model) feature on the device, nor is there any mention of two-way satellite communication, suggesting that Samsung won't be debut with these features in its upcoming flagship series, which is a bit disappointing.
In any case, Samsung is rumored to have increased its initial shipments of the Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 Ultra, possibly thinking that sales of these two phones will be higher. Given the increase in the number of features and spec upgrades, Samsung's estimate may be correct, and since the company is offering pre-order freebies for a limited time, customers may be attracted enough to purchase these giveaways when they become available.
