In 2023, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will adhere to the major strategy of accelerating the cultivation of new agricultural business entities, thoroughly implement the promotion of new agricultural business entities, focus on strengthening internal quality and external capabilities, and highlight the development of farmer cooperatives and family farms. As of the end of October, nearly 4 million family farms were included in the national family farm directory, and 221 farmer cooperatives were registered in accordance with the law60,000 families, forming a joint 150,000. More than 1.07 million organizations across the country have carried out agricultural socialization services, with a service area of more than 19700 million mu, serving more than 91 million small farmers. The new agricultural business entities have maintained a good momentum of development, the quality and efficiency have been steadily improved, and the service-driven effect has continued to increase.
The role of stabilizing grain supply is prominent. At present, there are 176 family farms in the country50,000 and 54 grain cooperatives20,000, accounting for 37 of the total number of new agricultural business entities5%。The main body of the new agricultural operation has developed a moderate scale operation, and the average grain planting area of family farms is 1488 acres, farmer cooperatives have the right to operate the land as a capital contribution area of 4601 acre. The new agricultural business entities actively participate in the large-scale yield improvement of grain and oil crops, promote the application of technology integration and assembly and the promotion of local maturation, and play a key role in stabilizing grain and oil expansion.
The industrial structure continues to be optimized. The business of the new agricultural business entities covers the production and operation of grain, cotton and oil, meat, eggs and milk, fruits, vegetables and tea, of which 88% of the new agricultural business entities are engaged in planting and breeding. There are 21 family farms and farmer cooperatives engaged in the pig industry70,000, 1320,000, an increase of 17 over the previous year1% and 19%, the number of agricultural machinery plant protection services continues to grow, and the development momentum of new industries and new formats such as e-commerce, leisure agriculture and rural tourism is strong.
The level of business services has been improved. More than half of the family farms have an annual operating income of 100,000-500,000 yuan, and the average annual net profit of each family farm is 1160,000 yuan. The annual operating income of farmers' cooperatives is 6309200 million yuan, members can get a second return of surplus 1460$4. Ordinary farmers account for 95 percent of the members of farmers' cooperatives in the country5%, and the total annual value of business services provided by farmers' cooperatives for members is 8773500 million yuan, and members enjoy the unified purchase and sales service of cooperatives 150,000 yuan.
The degree of standardized operation has been improved. The full implementation of the family farm "one code pass" management service system, the country has 1960,000 family farms have been assigned a code with "one code" to achieve direct customer acquisitionDevelopment and promotion of "Family Farm Notes" free bookkeeping software, 1150,000 family farms registered applications to standardize financial revenue and expenditure and cost accounting. There are 20 demonstration farmer cooperatives at and above the county level in the country90,000 and 20 model family farms20,000.
The guidance service system is more complete. Carry out the action of "thousands of people leading ten thousand societies", and build a "national directory of counselors for new agricultural business entities", with 32,258 counselors at the four levels of provinces, cities, counties and townships across the country, nearly one-third of which are composed of leaders of new agricultural business entities, agricultural technicians, local experts, etc., and 95% of county and township-level counselors.
