The inspection team successively went to Tustin China Burger (Anbu store) and KFC (Century Hualian store) in the city to conduct inspections. Everywhere they went, law enforcement officers inspected in detail the business qualifications, personnel health management, environmental sanitation, food and raw material storage of online food ordering operators, and at the same time inspected the use and promotion of the "food safety seal" unique to takeaway catering food, and comprehensively investigated food safety risks and hidden dangers. In the Diao Si Tengjiao Malatang store on Henry Road in Anbu Town, law enforcement officers inspected and found that an employee of the store did not have a health certificate, and the "three prevention" facilities in the store did not meet the standards. As the inspection deepened, the law enforcement officers found more problems in the back kitchen of the store: the refrigerator was not stored in the required partition, the foam box was placed directly in the refrigerator, the food and non-food were mixed, the tableware was not stored in a closed manner after washing, the food was not stored away from the wall and the ground, and the sewage in the vegetable sink was not cleaned up in time. In this regard, the inspection team issued the "Decision on Administrative Punishment on the Spot" and the "Notice of Ordering Correction of Illegal Acts" on the spot, requiring the business to rectify within a time limit.
During the action, the District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau required online food ordering operators to implement the main responsibility of food safety, standardize catering processing operations, use packaging tableware produced by regular manufacturers, and strengthen the food safety knowledge training and assessment of employees, improve the management level of catering services, and avoid food safety incidents.
Through on-site direct hits, this action strengthened the supervision of online ordering operators, and also allowed all sectors of society to widely participate in the food safety management of online ordering, creating a good atmosphere of food safety co-governance and co-management.
