Xing Haiming said that in the past year, China-ROK relations have generally maintained stable development, the economic and trade industries of the two countries have been deeply integrated, and the recovery of China-ROK personnel exchanges has accelerated. A few days ago, the Chinese Embassy in South Korea reduced or waived visa fees for China in stages, which will further enliven people-to-people exchanges between China and South Korea. No matter how the situation changes, the background of mutual benefit and win-win results between China and South Korea will not change, and the vision of common development will not change. Xing Haiming said that last month, Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China and Minister of the Communist Party of China, held talks with South Korean Foreign Minister Park Jin in Busan, and the two sides confirmed the positioning of the strategic cooperative partnership between China and South Korea and agreed to continue to move forward in this direction, which is of great significance at present. As Foreign Minister Wang Yi pointed out, the development of China-ROK relations should always be anchored in the general direction of friendship and cooperation, which is a must-answer question that both sides must do well, not an optional question, and we have the conditions and must develop China-ROK relations well. It is hoped that through today's forum, the leaders of the two countries can enhance understanding, build consensus, better spread and promote the friendship between China and the ROK, and promote the good development of bilateral relations. 
Kim Hyo-jae said that since the establishment of diplomatic relations, cooperation between the ROK and China in various fields has achieved leapfrog development. Standing at a new historical juncture in bilateral relations, the two sides should review the development experience of the past 30 years and build on this to work together and work together to open a new 30 years of bilateral relations. It is hoped that this forum will be the starting point for a new era, new perspective, and new outlook for ROK-China relations.
