BTSR IS3F2 series sensors
The IS3F series of devices is the synthesis and result of continuous BTSR research activities, electronic sensors specially designed for detection and control, thanks to advanced control technology (two-dimensional analysis using optical lenses and ceramics), image changes in the running yarn are controlled, indicating with absolute certainty the relevant operating or stationary state of the yarn itself.
Key Benefits: Image variations"Technology.
Image variations"The technology can monitor the running of the yarn by contour analysis and detecting changes in the image over a wide read area. The 2D image change technology makes the IS3F equipment immune to environmental conditions such as machine vibrations, dust and dirt accumulation, water and oil contamination (IP67 certified), thus guaranteeing correct operation even in the most critical applications.
Thanks to the control technology and the use of the latest generation of materials, the BTSR sensor (IS3 image intelligent scanning sensor) represents a solution on the market, with dual-mode operation: with or without yarn contact ("self-cleaning"and "Contactless."")。
The IS3F device is programmable and can be easily adapted to the control of any type of yarn.
Models and applications
IS3F sensors are available in a variety of types to meet the specific requirements of many applications:
IS3F TSL: Suitable for use on yarn preparation machines, e.g. winders, winders, texturing machines, winders, etc. (IP67 certified).
IS3F MTC: Metric control for the amount of yarn collected, stopping position when the desired value (target) is reached.
IS3F 485: Suitable for large diameter circular knitting machines, warping machines, spinning machines, etc.
