In order to further improve the comprehensive disposal capacity of housing emergency rescue in the city and district, combined with the requirements of the "Notice of the Guangzhou Emergency Committee on Carrying out the 2023 Emergency Drill Season Activities", recently, the Municipal Housing Safety Institute and the Zengcheng District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau organized the "2023 Housing Emergency Rescue 'Double-Blind' Drill".
Under the premise of notifying the time, place and content of the drill in advance, the drill simulated the tilt of a five-story comprehensive stadium and its affiliated houses in Zengcheng District due to ground subsidence, and the partial collapse of the facilities in the sky, endangering the safety of surrounding houses and residents. The Zengcheng District Housing Emergency Rescue Command Organization shall verify the situation immediately after receiving the alarm, activate the emergency plan and report the situation to the Municipal Housing Emergency Rescue Duty Room. According to the instructions of the superiors, the Municipal Housing Safety Office immediately launched the emergency response to the housing emergency, rushed to the scene of the accident as soon as possible, and set up a temporary on-site command center to carry out emergency treatment. Relying on the Guangzhou Housing Emergency Rescue Information Management and Command System, the drill successively demonstrated the whole process of housing emergency rescue, such as initiating emergency response, information reporting, on-site investigation, mass evacuation and resettlement, warning and enclosure, public opinion disposal, image information collection, routine housing rescue operations, large machinery deployment, and emergency response. The whole exercise process was well organized, the rescue team coordinated and cooperated, and the emergency rescue drill task was successfully completed.
In strict accordance with the relevant requirements of the Municipal Emergency Committee, the drill effectively tested the scientificity, pertinence and operability of the emergency plan for housing emergencies in the Municipal Housing Safety Institute, and further exercised the response and disposal capabilities of the municipal and district housing emergency rescue forces to deal with housing emergencies and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
