Informatization, digitalization and intelligence have become the general direction of the development and innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry, and they are also the only correct way out in the future. At present, the new dilemma and new problem faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry is how to break through the thinking mode of traditional production and operation and transform it into a new production and operation model in the era of digital economy.
Two key words in the era of digital economy: digital economy and specialization, refinement, and innovation. "New retail" and "new manufacturing" have become typical representatives of the digital economy. If small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry want to break through the predicament and be reborn, they must find the right direction, find the right path for transformation and upgrading, and find ways to innovate and develop. Small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry should find their own positioning in the industry chain, take specialization, refinement and innovation as the direction of innovation and development, and take enterprise informatization, digitalization and intelligence as the goal, so as to achieve the role of enterprises in the industrial ecological chain to supplement and strengthen the chain, so that enterprises can strengthen their core competitiveness in the industrial ecology.
The fourth part of the "Guidelines for the Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", "Increasing Transformation Policy Support", is mainly aimed at local competent departments at all levels, and puts forward five work requirements, including strengthening transformation guidance, increasing financial support, promoting pilot applications, improving supporting services, and optimizing the development environment, aiming to promote relevant departments to strengthen the digital transformation resource support of small and medium-sized enterprises in terms of technology, capital, services, talents, etc., and promote the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises with digital transformation.
This year, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the "Notice on Carrying out the Pilot Work of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Digital Transformation Cities", and from 2023 to 2025, it is planned to organize and carry out the pilot work of digital transformation cities for small and medium-sized enterprises in three batches. According to the Notice, pilot cities should focus on small and medium-sized enterprises in key areas of the manufacturing industry as the key direction of digital transformation pilots, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises in general and special equipment manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, transportation equipment manufacturing and other industries.
China's industrial survey has made many private enterprises directly become military businessmen. From the aircraft carrier blocking cable produced by Hebei Juli to the carbon fiber fishing gear of Guangwei Group, the paint of Guangqi Technology to the drone of SF Express delivery, and Huawei's super Bluetooth technology.
