In view of the unbalanced and insufficient regional development of Huizhou and the weak grid of Huidong and Longmen counties in the east and west wings, Huizhou Power Supply Bureau has started special planning and key tackling problems since the beginning of the year to solve the problems of the people's urgency.

We have repeatedly visited the mountainous areas where the power grids of the two places are weak for on-site discussions and field investigations. Zhong Hongmei, deputy general manager of the planning and development department of Huizhou Power Supply Bureau, said that in view of the weak links of the grid, the planning department analyzed and found problems one area at a time, formed a targeted plan, and focused on arranging projects to improve the reliability of power supply in remote mountainous areas.

The two counties have different degrees of weak grid structure, insufficient substation spacing, distribution network some lines can not be transferred, large branches account for a high proportion, long power supply radius, some mountainous power supply areas are large, load scattered, etc. Zhong Hongmei said, "We came up with solutions in different categories. ”

In the special planning report, different solutions are listed for different problems. In order to ensure the quality of power supply in remote mountainous areas far from the market town center, the Huizhou Power Supply Bureau plans to carry out branch interconnection with neighboring jurisdictions. At present, Huidong Lianghua and Huicheng Hengli, Longmen Mazhu and Boluo Henghe in Huizhou City have branch interconnection projects planned and put into storage. The cross-city interconnection is communicating with the neighboring Shanwei and Zengcheng power supply bureaus to coordinate the feasibility and construction plan of cross-district liaison to form a branch ring network and create a new model of "two-city co-construction".

In addition, we have also established a linkage mechanism and a rapid resolution mechanism for emergency projects, opened green channels, accelerated the resolution of key problems, and effectively improved the reliability of power supply and the level of power supply services in remote mountainous areas. In October this year, Daxing Village, the most remote village in Gaotan Town, Huidong County, Huizhou City, ushered in a happy event, the village's "Maotianju" B&B was inaugurated and opened, and the construction of the rooftop photovoltaic power station of the B&B also started at the same time. Wang Pan, the reliability and power quality management director of Huidong Power Supply Bureau, introduced that Gaotan, known as the "Red Capital of the Dongjiang River", is at the end of the Huizhou power grid line. Now that the problem is solved, the failure rate has been reduced by 80%.

With the support of the rural revitalization policy, with the economic development, the bamboo and wood processing industry in the area has initially formed a scale. However, due to the fact that the area is powered by a single transformer and a single power supply of 35,000 volt Tiegang Station, and is transmitted by three 10,000 volt lines, there are still problems such as heavy load and inability to transfer, no communication between stations, long power supply radius, and "low voltage" in the station area. The lack of power supply capacity restricts the development of local processing enterprises to a certain extent.

How to "tailor" a "power heart" for the remote mountainous areas of Longmen?Huizhou Power Supply Bureau promotes the construction of the first 35,000-volt distribution substation station area, independently develops the first 35,000-volt station operation and maintenance strategy and automatic modeling technology of Guangdong Power Grid, realizes the centralized monitoring and control of the distribution substation area, and optimizes the operation mechanism of the main distribution network, clarifies the scope of regulation, etc., after the implementation of the project, it will effectively solve the "bottleneck" problem of the power grid of long-distance power transmission of local lines and insufficient distribution of substations, and transmit strong power for bamboo and wood processing in Longtan Town.

According to the special planning report, in the next five years, Huizhou Power Supply Bureau will plan to build 2 220 thousand volt substations, 11 110 thousand volt substations and two 35 thousand volt substations in HuidongOne 110 thousand volt substation and two 35 thousand volt substations are planned to be built in Longmen. Huizhou Power Supply Bureau will continue to optimize the construction of a strong grid structure, "strengthen muscles and bones" to enhance the ability to ensure supply.

This year, in addition to accelerating the key reliability improvement plan of the east and west wings, the east and west wings also carried out accurate diagnosis of operation and maintenance problems in the region. For example, in terms of rectifying frequent power outage lines, the bureau will carry out a comprehensive overhaul of the 10,000-volt furnace off the line of Nankunshan, the "star line" in Longmen County in 2022, and replace the section that crosses the ultra-high tree barrier by 264 kilometers of insulated wires, synchronous installation of large flow arresters, improvement of 66 ground networks, replacement of 54 old fittings insulators, the implementation of reliability-based section differentiated operation and maintenance strategy, the line will achieve "zero permanent failure" in 2023.

Chen Zhuoyun, deputy manager of the biotechnology department of Longmen Power Supply Bureau, said that Longmen focused on the three key links of operation and maintenance of "inspection, testing and repair", accelerated the coordination and solution of key problems that affect the safe operation of equipment, and continued to make efforts from the three aspects of "equipment defects are cleared to the bottom, operation hidden dangers are cleared, and engineering problems are cleared", and "23 measures" are formulated to accurately reduce jumps. We dynamically adjust the O&M strategy according to the time and local conditions based on seasonal and local characteristics, and release the performance dashboard of the person in charge of the equipment unit every month to quantify the work and visualize the O&M quality. In February this year, the general manager of Huizhou Power Supply Bureau set up the "Distribution Network Digital Empowerment Working Group" to tackle the construction of a medium-voltage power outage monitoring system, based on building the system into an important tool for a comprehensive understanding of the power grid and improving the quality and efficiency of work. Li Rui, assistant general manager of the information center of Huizhou Power Supply Bureau, introduced that through the integration of the city's metering and distribution terminals, negative control terminals and other equipment alarm information, telemetry data and scheduling OCS switch displacement information, through the digital research and judgment algorithm directly generated power outage events, changing the previous mode of manual filling in the power outage event. "At present, relying on the medium-voltage transparency system, we can achieve a penetrating grasp of the situation at the fault site, without relying on work orders and consultation sites, which helps us better implement power outage management and improve the efficiency of power repair. Nowadays, the production command center can directly use digital analysis methods such as heavy overload, three-phase unbalance, and low voltage to form a portrait of the station area and output a list of abnormal problems in the station area. The operation and maintenance personnel solve the problem according to the list, intelligently monitor and implement the machine to run errands for people, and the precise operation and maintenance helps double the efficiency, and the power supply quality of the distribution network and the user's sense of power gain are further guaranteed.
