On the afternoon of December 16, the 2023 Shanghai Biopharmaceutical Industry Drug Inspector Skills Competition came to an end. The competition lasted nearly 3 months and attracted more than 150 employees from 34 biomedical enterprises under the industrial trade unions of 6 districts and bureaus in the city. After the preliminary round should know the exam and the semi-final should be exam, fromGuo Panpan, a staff player in Minhang District, won the gold medal

Brief introduction of the winners
Guo Panpan, Middle-class member, master's student, engineer. He is currently the QC manager of Shanghai Qisheng Biologics. He has been engaged in the quality research, method development and verification of medical device products for many years, and has participated in the formulation of technical requirements and inspection standards for many new medical device products in the company. Master the common physical and chemical testing methods in the quality control laboratory, and be proficient in operating a variety of precision instruments such as gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, atomic absorption, and rheometer. He has participated in the revision of industry standards for many times, is mainly responsible for method validation, and is one of the main drafters of YY T 1699-2020 "Tissue Engineering Medical Device Products Chitosan" and YY T 0962-2021 "Cross-linked Sodium Hyaluronate Gel for Plastic Surgery".
In 2017, Shanghai Qisheng Biologics expanded the production line, built a new workshop and laboratory, and she participated in the new construction of the QC laboratory, from the investigation and selection of instruments and equipment to the completion of the purchase, to the completion of the installation and acceptance of each instrument, and the completion of the 3Q verification and method transfer verification of related instruments, and then to the drafting of the operating procedures of the instrument until the laboratory was officially put into use. In the course of the new laboratory, she not only has a better understanding of the testing operation and working principle related to instruments and equipment, but also has accumulated a lot of experience in methodology validation. Based on the existing experience, the construction of new projects is currently underway.
It is understood that this competition is an important event of the series of professional skills competitions for employees in Shanghai, aiming to help the development of the biomedical industry, one of the three leading industries in Shanghai, and to cultivate high-skilled talents in the industry and promote the high-quality development of the biomedical industry.
