Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Wash the tiger prawns and cut off the whiskers and feet.
The production process
Crush the garlic cloves into minced garlic, add light soy sauce, salt, black pepper and olive oil and stir to combine.
Place the giant prawns in a bowl, pour in the garlic seasoning and marinate for 10 minutes.
Arrange the marinated penaeus monodon on a baking sheet.
