Immediately after the Screen Actors Guild (Sag-Aftra) strike was lifted, Timothee Chalamet began promoting his latest film, Wonka, the origin story of Roald Dahl's character of Willy Wonka. To celebrate the film's release, Converse unveiled a chocolate-inspired collaboration.

The collection includes shirts, bucket hats, and terry tracksuits, revolving around three converse silhouettes, for a total of four different and colourful combinations. The Chuck 70's mid-top silhouette with messy chenille green laces and bright orange canvas sidewalls was a notable inspiration for the Loompaland locals. In stark contrast to its synonymous structure, the "Chocolate Swirl" colorway features tumbling brown leather with decadent black swirls set on the "Egret" vulcanized sole unit.

The Chuck Taylor All Star canvas upper is adorned with a 'Pixel Purple' and bubblegum pink swirls with the matching 'Wonka' logo, while the All Star BB Trilliant CX brings the charm of the gold ticket to the hardwood in a gold-filled hardwood material. Foil finish and velvet insole. Each pair is stamped with a Wonka cursive bumper, while the three Chuck Taylors have been rebuilt with easy-on tools for the little ones.
