The law of cause and effect, also known as the law of cause and effect or the law of cause and effect, refers to the fact that everything arises and develops with a cause and effect. The cause of the emergence of one thing must be the result of the development of another; The result of the development of one thing must also be the cause of the emergence of another. Causes and effects are constantly circulating and endless. The famous philosopher Socrates clearly stated that no matter what success or failure is, it is not accidental, but a necessity with a certain causal relationship, that is, everything happens for a certain reason, and every result has a specific reason. This law is so profound and influential that the world calls it the "iron law" of human destiny.

The law of cause and effect states that the result of anything that happens in people's lives must have one or more accompanying causes, which simply means that people live in the law of cause and effect every day. From the movement of the celestial bodies, the cycle of the four seasons, to the tinkling of the river and the rejuvenation of the earth; From flowers and trees, fish and shrimp in groups, to red apricot branches, mountains stacked on top of each other, and so on, all of this is closely related to the law of cause and effect, and it can also be said to be the result of the operation of the law of cause and effect.

The law of cause and effect tells people in the simplest form that if you want to set a desired result for yourself in life, you need to go back to your predecessors, see how those who get this result do it, and keep working hard and paying for this result, if you can do the same things as successful people, you will get as many results as them, this is not a miracle, but a natural law.

There are three situations of causal argumentation: one is that cause leads to effect, that is, what we usually call "sow melons and get melons, sow beans and get beans";The second is to trace the cause from effect, that is, to use the result as an argument to prove the cause; The third is to derive one result from another. Either way, it is an argumentation method that proves an argument based on the causal connection between things, by analyzing facts and revealing the causal relationship between the argument and the argument. It is characterized by the inference of cause or effect by cause to prove the correctness of the central thesis, and it can be proved by the cause as the "effect" of the argument; The inevitability of the effect is confirmed by the inevitability of the cause. The development and change of human society has always been in an endless chain of cause and effect, people's different views determine their different actions, and different actions produce different objective effects, which no one can get rid of from ancient times to the present, so it proves that cause and effect are linked by the conditions of mutual existence.

The above explanation of cause and effect only sees the phenomenon of cause and effect, but does not see the essence of cause and effect, and does not touch the "cause" of cause and effect, that is, how cause and effect arise, and why do people become rich?Someone is poor?Someone is beautiful?Someone ugly?and so on.

Buddhism believes that cause and effect is born of ignorance, before ignorance, there is no cause and effect, cause and effect is a concept commonly used by people after ignorance arises in the world, to explain the cause and effect of all things, its concept is that there is a cause and there must be an effect, and the effect is divided into good and evil, good and evil, that is, there must be good and good effects for good causes, and evil causes must have evil effects; There must be positive results for correcting the causes, and there will be evil consequences for cultivating the evil causes. Let people be in awe of cause and effect, so as to regulate people's behavior, choose good and do good, and take good and eliminate evil. For example, wealth in this life is the result, and generosity in the previous life is the causeThe stinginess of the past life is the cause, and the poverty of this life is the resultReciting Buddha is the cause, and becoming a Buddha is the effect. These different phenomena of difference show that the change of things, the progress of mankind and the operation of the world, are all in the law of cause and effect.
