He will continue to serve as the secretary of Sino-Ocean Group Corporation.
Shen Peiying was born in 1962 and joined Sino-Ocean Group in May 2007. He is currently an executive director and chief executive officer of Gemini Investments, and also serves as the legal representative and director of a number of subsidiaries and project companies of Sino-Ocean Group. Shen Peiying is mainly responsible for the overseas business development of Sino-Ocean Group, and is responsible for and presides over the overall work of Gemini Investment. Appointed as the company secretary of Sino-Ocean Group and Sino-Ocean Services on 13 August 2022.
He obtained a Professional Diploma in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1988, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wales in 1991 and a Diploma in Law from the University of Hong Kong, China in 1996.
At the same time, upon the recommendation of the Chief Executive Officer of Sino-Ocean Group and the deliberation and approval of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, Jiang Nan was appointed as its Chief Accountant. Jiang Nan joined Sino-Ocean Group in February 2009 and has served as Assistant General Manager of the Finance Department, General Manager of the Accounting Management Department, Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Accountant.
Jiang Nan graduated from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in economicsHe graduated from China Europe International Business School in 2023 with an Executive Master of Business Administration. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
