The product organizes production according to the requirements of the process regulations, from the weighing batching, raw material mixing, soft capsule pilling, hard capsule filling, solid beverage filling, packaging and other production processes, to achieve fully automatic production mode, and is equipped with palletizing robots, A** robots and other automation equipment, giving full play to scientific and technological strength, improving production efficiency and ensuring product quality. At present, Kangtene Group has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification.
Implement multiple measures at the same time and improve the traceability system
In addition to safety production, Kangting Group also implements safety responsibilities from multiple links such as R&D center, quality management center, testing and analysis center, and improves the risk prevention and control mechanism. In November 2019, the testing and analysis center was accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). At the same time, on the basis of information management, the new digital system is introduced for big data analysis, the quality management traceability system is established, and the MES system, ERP system and WMS system are used for full digital management.
