In this regard, the father was extremely dissatisfied, forced his daughter to repeat her studies, and did not let her go to school, taught her at home himself, and even committed the above domestic violence to "spur" her daughter. Fortunately, the girl's grandmother promptly sought help from the local women's federation, and the people's court found that Xiao Wu had suffered domestic violence or faced a real danger of domestic violence, so it issued a personal safety protection order
1. It is forbidden to commit domestic violence against Xiao Wu;
2. It is forbidden to restrict Xiao Wu's personal freedom or abuse Xiao Wu;
3. It is forbidden to deprive Xiao Wu of his right to education.
If the party violates the protection order, the people's court will give a reprimand and impose a fine of up to 1,000 yuan and detention for up to 15 days depending on the severity of the circumstances; where a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility is pursued in accordance with law.
