Compared with the old civil structure houses in Kundao Village, the new house is equipped with all kinds of household appliances and furniture: the kitchen is equipped with a range hood, a brand new refrigerator, and the living room has a sofa, coffee table, color TV, and air conditioning. There is a water heater in the bathroom, and bright yellow handrails are added along the wall for the convenience of the elderly. This year, Jian'ou City carried out the pilot construction of an open pension community in Xiaoqiao Town, and built a "Xingfuli" community on the basis of the original day care center in the market town, focusing on the local remote mountain villages, hollow villages, and the elderly living alone and left-behind in difficulty, and exploring the rural pension operation idea of "community + charitable organization + enterprise support" based on home-based care and supplemented by community care. The project invested nearly 2 million yuan, started on August 11 and completed on September 27. In late October, 12 elderly people from 7 households became the first batch of residents of "Happiness Lane".
Although it is a paid lease, after a month of free experience, the old couple of Fang Jiafu have decided to settle down in "happiness". The neighbors had the same plan.

There is no doctor in the village, and I can only carry it by myself if I have a small problem, and I even have to go to Xiaoqiao to get a haircut and buy vegetables, and I have to go back and forth for half a day. As the "housekeeper" of "Happiness Lane", Ye Yuncai introduced that the social work center regularly carries out public welfare activities in "Happiness Lane", and has carried out electricity safety science popularization and anti-fraud publicity lectures for the elderly, Xiaoqiao Town Health Center has come to the community to carry out free clinics, and volunteers from the local geographical hair shop have also come to the community regularly every week. "Happiness" elderly people can have physical examinations and haircuts without leaving home.
They are all villagers, and the atmosphere in the community is like a family. Just the night before, under the chairmanship of Huang Shanwang, director of the Civil Affairs Office of Xiaoqiao Town, the old people held the first "family meeting" of "Happiness Lane", and Fang Jiafu was elected by everyone as the temporary community head of "Happiness Lane" to help coordinate community affairs. Everyone also jointly set a "convention" for "Happiness Lane": "do not raise poultry, livestock, pets", "kitchen sharing, stoves, dining tables are used according to numbers, staggered and orderly cooking", "kitchen waste cleaning by yourself" ......
