On the west side of Ximenping Village, Wayaobao Town, Zichang City, there is a memorial arch of Liu Zhicheng's filial piety in the Qing Dynasty. In the third year of Daoguang (1823), the emperor issued an edict to build this workshop, showing Liu Zhicheng's filial piety to serve his grandmother for more than ten years. On September 16, 2008, this memorial arch was announced as the fifth batch of Shaanxi Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units
At 8 o'clock in the morning on October 1, 2023, I was in Zichang City, and when I came to Zichang Mausoleum, it was not yet open. So, I opened the map of cultural relics and found Liu Zhicheng's filial piety workshop not far away. Subsequently, go west along Anding Road, cross the Xiuyan River, pass Hongyan Road, and come to Fuqiang Road. To the west end of the road, looking at the past from afar, is the tall Liu Zhicheng filial piety workshop. 
This memorial arch sits west and faces east, is a brick structure with four pillars and three rooms, and is 9 meters high5 meters, face width 78 meters, depth 12 meters. The top of the mountain, the dragon's head is the spine beast, the eaves are placed under the imitation wood structure brick carving bucket arch, and the bright room and the second room are coupon-shaped door openings. Below the archway, on the left and right sides, there is a pair of stone lions. In 2000, the torii was reinforced, and a new platform with a height of about 80 cm was built. 
At the top of the front of the archway, the middle is inlaid with the plaque of "holy book", and the four layers of forehead fang below are respectively embossed with auspicious patterns such as "two dragons playing with pearls" and various kinds of flowers and grass patterns, the momentum is magnificent, and the carving is exquisite. The middle of the coupon door is engraved with four big characters of "filial piety Tongting", the forehead title is "Liu Zhicheng filial piety workshop", and the main couplet on both sides is "Shun ancestral heart entity father heart has sleeplessness" and "born of the whole grandson and the whole son of the road". The side foreheads are respectively "Xun Ping" and "Shape Fang", and the side couplets are respectively "Raising the Virtue of the Township of Heavy Banner Yun" and "Knocking on the Reincarnation is like the Wind of Lingbo". 
At the top of the back of the archway, the middle is inlaid with the plaque of "Emperor's Grace", and the four layers of forehead fangs below are respectively embossed with auspicious patterns such as "lotus out of the water" and auspicious cloud flower and grass pattern, the shape is unique, and the calligraphy is exquisite. The coupon door in the middle is engraved with four big characters of "trial family style", the forehead title is "Liu Zhicheng filial piety workshop", and the main couplet on both sides is "X Xi Chenghuan Shunde Kaiwen Guangda X" and "Lan Jie serves filial piety Yongxi Zhenjiasheng". The side foreheads are respectively "Dunlun" and "Ji Ji", and the side couplets are respectively "Keeping the Old Rules of Ticketing" and "Shao Chengjiang's Legacy of Masterpieces". 
In the archway, there are also inlaid with the Qing Dynasty Zhixian Xu Tingcong, the instructor Yan Jing, the history of Zhu Wenjie, the tribute Wang Lintoe, the Shahe Zhixian Zhang Yuan, the deputy tribute Sun Wenjun and others to Liu Zhicheng's praise. Liu Zhicheng is a native of Ximenping, Zichang County, Qing Dynasty, who lost his father and mother when he was a child, and followed his grandmother to rely on each other. Fulfill filial piety, serve his grandmother for more than ten years, and be honored by Emperor Daoguang. In the past, this memorial arch was erected in the most conspicuous place in Ximenping Village, which was not only an honor, but also a landscape. Today, the old village has gradually disappeared, surrounded by newly built residential areas, high-rise buildings have risen from the ground, and the torii arch has become out of place.
