Announcement on the registration of the Fifth National Economic Census of Wuxi
According to the deployment arrangement of the "Notice of the Municipal ** on Doing a Good Job in the Fifth National Economic Census of our City" (Xi Zhengfa No. 4, 2023), the city will carry out the registration of the fifth national economic census from January to April 2024. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Census time:The standard time point of the Fifth National Economic Census is December 31, 2023, and the period data is the annual data of 2023. From January to April 2024, census takers will wear their Census Taker Cards or Census Instructor Certificates to carry out census registration.
2. Census Subjects:All legal entities, industrial activity units and self-employed households engaged in secondary and tertiary industry activities within the city.
3. Main contents of the census:Basic information, organizational structure, staff salaries, production capacity, financial status, production and operation, energy production and consumption, fixed asset investment, research and development activities, information and communication technology application and digital transformation, digital economy activities, input and output, etc.
Fourth, the census method:On the basis of a comprehensive inventory, a comprehensive survey is carried out on legal entities and industrial activity units, sample surveys are conducted on self-employed households, and a combination of key surveys and typical surveys is adopted for input-output survey units.
FiveIn accordance with the provisions of the Statistics Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Implementation of the Statistics Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the National Economic Census, all units and self-employed households are requested to prepare relevant raw materials and relevant business certificates related to the economic census, such as financial accounting, statistics and business accounting, and actively cooperate with the census personnel to accurately collect relevant information. Census subjects who refuse or obstruct census bodies and census personnel from carrying out their work in accordance with law, or who falsely report, conceal, or omit to report census materials, will be given administrative punishments in accordance with law, and enterprises with serious violations will be identified as seriously untrustworthy enterprises in accordance with law, and sent to the national credit information sharing platform and the national enterprise credit information publicity system, and publicized in "Credit China"**.
SixCensus agencies and census personnel at all levels shall keep the information of census subjects strictly confidential, and the relevant information shall only be used for census purposes, and shall not be used as the basis for carrying out specific administrative acts such as administrative licensing and administrative punishment against census subjects, except as the basis for statistical law enforcement.
SevenIf the census agency or census personnel violate the law or harm the interests of the census subjects, they should report it to the Wuxi Municipal Economic and General Census Office or local census agencies in a timely manner.
