4. The foreign investment company of the enterprise needs to be consistent with the name of the enterprise and have been in operation for more than 1 year
5. The name of the company after the change of the enterprise cannot be the same as the trade name of the same industry in the municipal administrative district.

3. The enterprise or shareholders need to set up investment companies in more than 3 (including 3) categories of the national economy
4. In a foreign investment company, the enterprise or its shareholders hold at least 51% of the shares.
5. The foreign investment company must be consistent with the name of the enterprise and have been in operation for more than 1 year
6. The name of the changed enterprise shall also be different from the name of the enterprise in the same administrative area where the enterprise is locatedIf the changed enterprise name does not include the name of the administrative division, it shall also be different from the name of the enterprise in the provincial-level administrative area where the enterprise is located.
If you meet the above conditions, you can apply for a company name without a region or industry description. Compared with the previous policy requirements, it is significantly more difficult to apply for a change in the name of the national office.
