Product Overview:

The OTF-1200X-IL-H8 is a UL TUV standard hydrogen furnace with 10-inch NiCRAL alloy tubing and 3 heating zones.

This tube furnace is mainly used for annealing of TI alloys or heat treatment of oxygen-sensitive materials in a high vacuum or hydrogen environment, and its maximum temperature can reach 1250 Main features:

Double-layer shell structure with air-cooling system and high-purity alumina fiber as furnace material.

Crnial or Fecral superalloy tubing with MAX can withstand temperatures up to 1250 °C.

3 heating zones, the length of the furnace body constant temperature zone can reach 700mm ((-5, the same temperature is set in the three temperature zones).

The furnace body is equipped with a vacuum gauge and a hydrogen alarm.

Custom-made frames made of MO or TI alloys are available as an option to place the sample inside the processing tube upon request.

Basic parameters:

Maximum temperature: 1250° C (< 1 hour) • Recommended heating rate: 10°C min • Voltage: single-phase AC208-240, 50 60Hz Power: 8KW • Heating element: molybdenum-doped iron-chromium-aluminum alloy (the surface of the resistance wire is coated with cobalt oxide coating to maximize the service life of the heating element) • Furnace tube: Crnial alloy, maximum working temperature 1250 Furnace tube size: 200 (0d) *180 ( i.d) *1300 (length) mm, heating zone: 900mm (single temperature zone), constant temperature zone: 750 mm (+1-5, three temperature zones can be set to the same temperature) temperature control system:

The three temperature zones are adjusted by PID, and 50 temperature rise and fall programs can be set • The equipment is equipped with a temperature control instrument, and an auxiliary detection instrument • Thermocouple: K-type thermocouple • Temperature control accuracy: + -1 • Optional temperature control software and PC module, which can be used by computer to set and detect the heating temperature of the equipment.
