It is reported that the "lighthouse factory" was proposed by McKinsey & Company and the World Economic Forum, specifically referring to the successful enterprises that have promoted digital production technology from a small-scale pilot to large-scale application and obtained huge financial benefits in the context of the fourth industrial revolution, representing the highest level of intelligent manufacturing and digitalization in the global manufacturing field.
In recent years, China's new energy vehicles have achieved rapid development, and the continuous improvement of intelligent manufacturing level is one of the key factors for China's new energy vehicles to win. The success of GAC Aion is just one of the cases of China's in-depth application of intelligent manufacturing. GAC Aion was spun off from GAC Trumpchi in 2017 and built the first new energy pure electric exclusive plant in China in 2018. With its leading level of intelligent manufacturing, GAC Aion won the "2020 China Benchmark Smart Factory" in 2021, and in 2022, it was on the list of 2021 intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories jointly released by the four national ministries and commissions.
Today, standing at the forefront of the development of the manufacturing industry, it can be found that the integration of industrial software and hardware manufacturing has long become the norm in the manufacturing industry. Whoever can take the lead in the integration of digital and real in industrial software and hardware manufacturing will be one step ahead in the manufacturing field. According to the "2023 Research Report on the Development of China's Industrial Software Industry" released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in 2022, China's industrial software products will achieve revenue of 240.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 143%, which is higher than the global growth rate. From 119.4 billion yuan in 2016 to 240.7 billion yuan in 2022, the compound annual growth rate of China's industrial software product revenue will reach 124%。In the first half of 2023, China's industrial software product revenue will be 124.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 128%, the growth rate is still at a high level.
In the future, China's intelligent manufacturing should make good use of its own comprehensive industrial categories, high-level industrial equipment and in-depth industry-university-research cooperation model advantages, and accelerate the formation of a number of relatively mature enterprises and technological achievements in the field of industrial software and hardware. Today's intelligent manufacturing is not to solve the problem of starting from scratch, but to solve the overall problem of small and scattered, low level of productization and whether there is an industrial ecology.
