In 2023, a strong stroke has been engraved in the history of the school's development. In cooperation with the General Hospital of the Northern Theater of Operations, the Northern Institute of Advanced Medical Sciences was established, and joint doctoral training programs such as "Dongda-BMW" and "Dongda-Neusoft" were carried out to increase the supply of outstanding engineers and urgently needed talents in key fields. Jointly lead with SIASUN Robotics and other enterprises to build a community of integration of industry and education in the industrial chain. The revised Constitution of Northeastern University has been approved by the Ministry of Education, and the work pattern of governing the university according to law under the guidance of the charter has been further improved.
