1、German HBM C2A M1 weigh moduleWhen installing in tanks, containers or silos, make sure (for example) that there are no shock loads on the module when it is lowered to the bearing point. Even short-term loads that exceed the load cell limit values can cause damage to the load cell.
2. For heavy containers or unfavorable assembly conditions, it is necessary to use appropriate assembly auxiliary equipment (auxiliary support, lifting device).
3. The lower module plate and the upper module plate should be firmly connected with the foundation or storage tank.
4. The assembly of the weigh module must ensure that it is not affected by lateral forces in its original state. If possible, the mounted pendulum bearings must be perfectly vertically aligned. This is the case if the foundation and tank connections are horizontal, and the mounting holes on the basic structure and the vessel connections are well aligned. Slots in the module board allow for easy alignment.
5. In order to prevent the welding current from damaging the electronic parts of the sensor, the installed EEK4 grounding cable is provided.
6. Especially in the case of uneven load of the module, static uncertainty may occur due to the inaccurate height adjustment. This non-uniformity should be checked on a single load unit by applying an excitation voltage and comparing the output voltage. In order to avoid any overload, the main inhomogeneity must be compensated by inserting a spacer on the bearing with the lowest load.
