My 2024 Fitness Plan Towards a Healthier Me

In 2024, I have an important plan for myself: to stay healthy. I know that health is the capital of the revolution, and only when I am healthy can I better face the challenges and opportunities in life. So, I made a detailed fitness plan and decided to exercise more than three times a week.

To achieve this, I choose a variety of exercises, including running, swimming, and yoga.
