As a grassroots discipline inspection and supervision cadre, we must always remember that grassroots cadres represent the party's image, guard against arrogance and rashness, be honest and upright, pay close attention to work discipline, strictly manage party members and cadres, and be patient and meticulous in publicizing the party's policy of benefiting the people to the masses, truly solve the people's opinions, eliminate the people's worries, and practice the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. At the same time, it is necessary to strictly supervise the strict observance of work discipline and strict performance of work duties in the work of party members and cadres, especially the party members and cadres who are responsible for serving the people. Through supervision and inspection, we will effectively improve the quality of work in serving the people, inherit the party's fine work style, and maintain the party's good image among the masses.
To focus on practicing the people-centered sense of purpose, we must earnestly safeguard the interests of the masses. Discipline inspection and supervision cadres at the grassroots level should solidly rectify the outstanding problems in the field of people's livelihood, take the interests and needs of the masses as the starting point and end point of their work, pay close attention to the problems that the masses have strong reactions to, and resolutely rectify the unhealthy trends and corruption problems around the masses. In the process of handling petition cases at the grassroots level, earnestly verify the petitions reported by the masses on the work style and discipline violations of Party members and cadres, and if there are indeed Party members and cadres who are arrogant, arrogant, and harming the interests of the masses, they shall be reminded and talked to in a timely manner, and Party members and cadres shall be urged to handle business for the masses in accordance with laws and regulations. Party members and cadres who neglect their duties and fail to act, use their power willfully and disorderly, pass the buck for the masses, perfunctory responsibility, and lazy administration shall be punished in strict accordance with the party's disciplinary punishment regulations after verifying the facts.
To focus on practicing the people-centered sense of purpose, we must do a good job in warning education. Grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision departments should carry out warning education work on a regular basis, actively organize party members and cadres to participate in warning education activities, use local cases to carry out warning education, educate people around them with things around them, and guide the majority of party members and cadres to focus on practicing the people-centered sense of purpose. And carry out special rectification actions such as illegal eating and drinking, ** tourism or disguised ** tourism, illegal payment of subsidies or welfare issues, continue to implement the spirit of the eight regulations, and constantly rectify the "four winds" to establish a new style, and find and deal with violations of rules and disciplines and "four winds" problems. Through the two-pronged approach of warning education and special rectification work, we will promote reform with cases, promote the majority of party members and cadres to "dare not be corrupt, cannot be corrupt, and do not want to be corrupt", manage party members and cadres well, strictly manage the party and govern the party, and maintain the flesh-and-blood ties between the party and the people.
