Pangasius is loved by diners because of its tender, delicious and nutritious meat. Here are a few of the best ways to eat pangasius:

Steamed pangasius.

Ingredients: 1 pangasius.

Ginger shredded to taste. Shredded green onion to taste.

Shredded green and red peppers to taste.

Cooking wine to taste. Light soy sauce to taste.

Salt to taste. Sugar to taste.

Chicken essence to taste. Pepper to taste.

Cooking oil to taste.

Method:

Remove the scales and guts of the pangasius, wash it, cut a few knives on the back of the fish, and marinate it with shredded ginger, shredded green onion, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, chicken essence and pepper for 15 minutes.

Pangasius is scaled, gutted, washed, cut into pieces and marinated in cooking wine and white pepper for 10 minutes. Blanch the chicken bones and remove them and wash them.

Put the fish pieces and chicken bones into the pot, add the ginger slices, green onions and an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 and a half hours.
