The Allied forces have been gaining momentum all the way, and except for Lao Cai, the local administrative center of Kokang, the rest of the country has been successfully captured.
In addition, local armed forces such as De'ang and the Arakan Army joined the war and seized the opportunity to seize a lot of territory from the Burmese army.
Don't look at the Burmese army, which is known as a regular army, but decades of military business have long corroded the army, its equipment is not much ahead of other places' armed forces, and its combat effectiveness is extremely strained.
Seeing that the Burmese army is retreating one after another, the armed forces in various localities cannot hold back and want to get a piece of the pie, and at least 20 local armed forces are now fighting with the Burmese army.
Now that the war in northern Myanmar has begun to escalate, once the situation gets out of control, the China-Myanmar border will inevitably be threatened.
Prior to this, China has urged all relevant parties in Myanmar to cease fire and cease fighting as soon as possible, adhere to dialogue and consultation, resolve differences in a peaceful way, avoid escalation, and take practical and effective measures to ensure the security and stability of the China-Myanmar border.
It is important to note that we use "urge", not advice. The meaning is very clear, that is, let you quickly cease fire, sit down and talk.
China and Myanmar are neighbors, and of course we hope that the situation in Myanmar will be brought under control as soon as possible, and if the Myanmar military agrees, the eastern powers can mediate.
After all, we can successfully mediate between Iran and Saudi Arabia, and a small northern Myanmar is naturally not a problem.
But if the Burmese army is unwilling to cease fire, then continue to fight. However, it is important to know that taking the Kokang area is only the initial goal of the allied forces, and they may continue to penetrate into the territory of the Burmese army in the future.
Now that the allied forces have surrounded Lao Cai, the reason why they have not chosen to attack is that the Dianjiao family led by the Bai family has mobilized thousands of troops to resist stubbornly.
If a strong attack is launched, Lao Cai is afraid that it will be destroyed, which is the administrative center of the Kokang region, so the allied forces will besiege it but not attack.
For the Burmese army**, the Kokang area will inevitably be taken by the allied forces and restored to the original sphere of influence during the Peng Jiasheng period.
At a time when all parties are deadlocked, the Chinese side issued an arrest warrant for the wire fraud family entrenched in Lao Cai, urging 10 criminal suspects, including Bai Suocheng, Wei Huairen, Liu Zhengxiang, and Xu Laofa, to recognize the situation, rein in the precipice, and voluntarily surrender themselves to strive for leniency.
Now Lao Cai is the one who has taken the lead in resisting on the wanted warrant, and China has directly issued a wanted warrant to sentence them to death.

The Burmese army has no choice but to give up its support for Lao Cai and honestly hand over these 10 wanted criminals. If you don't arrest you, you're covering up, and the seriousness of the consequences is self-evident.
This is the embodiment of strength, we only need to issue a wanted warrant, and all these criminal suspects, whether they are dead or alive, must be verified and handed over to China.
With the issuance of wanted notices by China, the war in northern Myanmar began to cool down and went viral on the Internet, as the Chinese side began to mediate.
Sure enough, just yesterday, a spokesman for the Burmese army said that with the help of the Chinese side, Myanmar held a meeting with the Kokang, De'ang, and Rakhine armies.

China has always firmly supported the peace process in northern Myanmar and has always provided support and facilitation for dialogue and engagement with relevant parties in Myanmar. China hopes that all relevant parties in Myanmar will step up the implementation of the agreements and consensus reached, exercise maximum restraint with each other, take the initiative to ease the situation on the ground, manage emergencies in a timely manner, and jointly promote a soft landing in northern Myanmar.
Nearly two months after the outbreak of the war in northern Myanmar, the situation on the ground has finally begun to calm down with the final word from the major powers in the East.
We should note, however, that only a temporary ceasefire has been reached. After all, time is in a hurry, and a few days ago there was a big fight, and now I am willing to sit down and talk slowly, which is already the best result.
As we have already said in our speech, we want to promote a soft landing of the situation in northern Myanmar, which means that we must talk about a peaceful result.
At the same time, our side has only one demand, that is, we must hand over all the wanted wire fraud families, which is also the last chance for the Myanmar army.
Because at this moment, the Burmese army is about to lose control of the situation, and dozens of local armed forces across the country are fighting against the Burmese army.
However, for our side, it is not necessary to support the Tatmadaw or the local armed forces, but it will further complicate the ethnic issue in Myanmar. The best outcome would be to restore the balance that had prevailed in Myanmar.
In addition, there are some external forces that are also eyeing Myanmar and want to take the opportunity to intervene in Myanmar's internal affairs. Once external forces intervene, the situation in Myanmar will not be able to end, and the security of the China-Myanmar border will not be guaranteed.
China has always abided by international law and respected the independence and autonomy of all countries. Although we are reasonable, it does not mean that we do not have thunder means!
In order to warn external forces, China's Southern Theater held an actual combat exercise on our side of the Sino-Burmese border last month. And it was announced on the same day, and it began on the same day, which shows the urgency of the Xi.
However, the West has taken this opportunity to sow discord between China and Myanmar, preaching China's "support for local armed forces in Myanmar". In recent years, the West has been spreading rumors that "China is secretly intervening in Myanmar", but this is just to find an excuse for them to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries.
Our principle has always been non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries, but at the same time, we are also resolute in safeguarding regional stability.
Now that the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor project is under construction, China's investment in the deep-water port in Myanmar cannot afford to fail, because this is China's main access to the Indian Ocean. There is also the China-Myanmar oil and gas pipeline, which is China's fourth-largest energy import channel.
However, at the instigation of external forces, anti-China activities have emerged in Myanmar, and the security of our compatriots in Myanmar has been threatened.
In order to further prevent the risk of war from spilling over, it is also to prove that China-Myanmar relations are indestructible.
China also sent the 44th Naval Escort Group to Yangon, Myanmar for a visit, which is the sixth visit to Myanmar by a Chinese Navy boat group.
When the whole world saw the arrival of the Chinese naval formation, the Myanmar military sent representatives to greet it, which is enough to prove the strength of China-Myanmar relations.
This is to warn those external forces who are eyeing each other that Myanmar's affairs will be resolved by themselves.
China will not interfere, and other external forces will not want to interfere!
However, if the Burmese army has a clear mind, it should also understand that this peace talk is the last chance.
Other local armed forces in northern Myanmar should also understand that the four major families are a lesson for you, and you can do whatever you want in your own territory.
But if you dare to poison the Chinese, no matter who you are, you will have to pay the price of blood!
