Due to financial constraints, the canteen can only provide relatively cheap meat such as pork or chicken, and the nutritional structure is simple. On the basis of the original meal standard of the boarding students of the Sanpai Central School, CVTE has increased the allocation of RMB 3 per person to help the school improve the variety of dinners, develop diversified and nutritious menus, and update the recipes on a biweekly basis, increasing the proportion of fish, beef, and dairy products, so that the students can eat healthy and nutritious. The first phase of the plan is for two years, and the overall donation amount is 2160 thousand. Since the launch of the project, 39,620 nutritious dinners have been provided for 283 boarding students in the school, making the children's diet more scientific and reasonable.
