In order to solve the above problems, Airlink Technology proposes an intelligent management system for production lines based on Internet of Things RFID, wireless sensing technology and network technology, which aims to realize real-time tracking and data collection of the production process of the manufacturing assembly line, so as to improve the visualization and controllability level of the manufacturing process in the workshop and increase the production efficiency of the enterprise.
Second, the system structure
The whole system is divided into three layers: data acquisition execution layer, data communication layer and management monitoring layer.
1. Data collection execution layer
The data acquisition execution layer comprises an RFID electronic tag and an RFID data acquisition device, wherein the data acquisition device comprises an RFID handheld terminal, a fixed RFID reader and a pneumatic radio frequency door.
This layer has the function of on-site information display, which can display on-site information through MES terminals, electronic kanbans and other equipment, through which the generation and management of spare parts batch numbers can be realized, as well as the real-time query, display and entry of production planning, production process, production status information, production equipment information and quality analysis information, so as to realize the paperless operation of the workshop.
2. Data communication layer
The data communication layer is composed of a communication network and a communication server, which is responsible for the transmission and communication of data, and realizes the data transmission and interaction between each layer.
3. Manage the monitoring layer
The management and monitoring layer is the core part of the system, including the database server, the management server and the user software, which completes the functions from middleware to production management and scheduling and data storage, and responds to the command requests of the underlying data terminals, sends scheduling instructions, and the management and monitoring layer can store and manage data to realize the monitoring and control of the production process.
