1.Slewing.

2.Centrifugal. The blower has a rotor that rotates at high speed, and the high-speed movement of the air is driven by the blades on the rotor. The centrifugal force causes the air to flow along the involute line in the involute linear casing to the outlet of the fan, and the high-speed airflow has a certain air pressure. Fresh air enters from the center of the enclosure to replenish it. In fact, the working principle of centrifugal blower is similar to that of centrifugal fan, the difference is that the air compression under the action of centrifugal force usually has to go through several working impellers.

Changing the performance curve of the blower itself or the characteristic curve of the external pipe network is the basic principle of blower regulation. The operating point depends not only on its own performance, but also on the characteristics of the system. As the resistance of the pipe network increases, the pipe performance curve becomes steeper.

3.Roots blower.

Roots blowers are fixed-volume blowers, and their air volume is proportional to the rotational speed. Compared with the double-blade impeller, the three-blade impeller is sucked in and discharged three times by two blades per revolution, with small gas pulsation, small load change, high mechanical strength, low noise and low vibration. Each impeller is always kept in the correct phase by the synchronous gear, so it can be accelerated, the structure is simple, no internal lubrication is required, the operation is smooth, and the performance is stable. It is suitable for a variety of purposes and has been used in a wide variety of fields.

4.High pressure. The high-pressure fan is a kind of air pump, and it is also a ventilation air source that can blow and blow air, so it can be used for air dust removal, gas transmission, feeding, collection, etc., and is widely used in the machinery and equipment industry. According to the blower manufacturer, the impeller composed of several blades makes the air move to the edge of the impeller through the centrifugal force exerted, so as to enter the circulating cavity of the pump body and form a circular. The resulting circulating airflow, with a higher energy, can be used by us.
