In 2024, with the accelerated implementation of a new generation of information technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, the computing power industry is ushering in an explosive stage. In the face of increasingly complex application scenarios, massive data processing, and accompanying security issues, computing is diverse, ubiquitous, intelligent, agile, safe, reliable, and green and low-carbon will be a very clear industry direction and opportunity.
To promote the integration and application innovation of advanced computing power in various fields of society, and better provide support for the digitalization, networking, and intelligence of the industry, we must focus on the following key points:
1. Take deep root and accelerate the research of key core technologies. Adhere to the combination of openness, compatibility and independent innovation, and complete a series of technical breakthroughs, including core components, complete machine systems, basic software, and key industry software. Based on this, we will build a market-oriented, more advanced and perfect product and service system, and greatly improve the level of localization and intelligence.

Further improve the public attributes of computing infrastructure, provide integrated and inclusive computing power supply, and enrich and diverse application scenarios. At the same time, we should accelerate the construction of computing power service platforms, widely link computing infrastructure resources such as general computing and intelligent computing, and build a service system in which computing power can be dispatched on demand, data can be trusted to circulate, applications can be used out of the box, and models can be connected to the Internet, so as to reduce the threshold for users to use and improve the level of computing power applications. In addition, we should also pay attention to the energy consumption of computing infrastructure, accelerate the development of green and energy-saving technologies, and promote the sustainable development of the industry and society.
3. Multiply branches and "leaves" and build an open and collaborative ecosystem. Promote the construction of a coordinated development model of software and hardware that promotes and drives each other, and improve domestic software and hardware supporting servicesAt the same time, we will strengthen the collaborative innovation of industry, university and research, promote the complementary advantages and resource sharing of all parties in technology, application, market and other dimensions, and build a more open, innovative and inclusive computing industry ecology.
