The test bench was selected as XinshidaAS700 series four-quadrant inverterIt provides effective support for the torque, temperature rise and other index tests in the process of returning the shearer equipment to the factory for maintenance, which helps to improve the detection efficiency and maintenance quality of the shearer control electrical parts, and reduces the labor intensity of employees.

First, the platform system composition

It is composed of LCL filter unit + AFE rectifier feedback unit + inverter unit, which can not only realize energy feedback to the power grid, but also must meet the provisions of GB T 14549-93 power quality "Harmonics of Public Power Grid" and "IEEE519" standardsThe inverter should have no harmonic influence on other control cabinets of the body control system;

The control algorithm is superior, which can realize closed-loop vector open-loop vector control, and can be switched freely
