3. Recruitment conditions and requirements
The recruits must meet and meet the following basic conditions and requirements:

4. Recruitment Procedures
1) Registration. 1.On-site registration. Applicants should go to the registration point (hall on the fifth floor of Luchuan County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau) to register on the spot according to the time and place specified in the announcement.
2.The following materials must be submitted for registration (please stack the original and photocopies in the following order):
1) Fill in or print one copy of the "2023 Luchuan County Open Recruitment Key Area Urgently Needed (High-level) Talent Registration Form" (Annex 2), and paste a recent 1-inch bareheaded color photo;
2) Original and photocopy of valid resident ID card;
3) The original and photocopy of the household registration book (home page, home page, personal page);
4) Original and photocopy of graduation certificate and degree certificate (2024 ordinary college graduates can first apply for the job with their student ID card and graduate employment recommendation form, and if shortlisted candidates for contract are to be signed, they must obtain the graduation certificate and degree certificate required by the corresponding position before July 31, 2024);
5) The original and photocopy of the practice (occupational) qualification certificate required by the position (2024 graduates do not need to provide it for the time being, but the shortlisted candidates must obtain the corresponding practice (occupational) qualification certificate before July 31, 2024);
6) The original and photocopy of the highest honor certificate obtained by the individual.
2) Qualification review.
The qualifications required for the position will be reviewed on the spot, and the qualification review will be qualified and determined as the interview candidate. If the ratio of the number of recruited positions to the number of eligible applicants does not reach 1:3, the interview can be conducted according to the actual number of people with the consent of the superior.
3) Interview. The county recruitment team will form an interview team to conduct interviews according to the actual situation, and the interviews will be conducted in a structured interview manner, and the candidates' professional knowledge, comprehensive analysis, on-the-spot adaptability, practical problem solving, language expression and other abilities will be comprehensively examined. The maximum score for the interview is 100 points.

4) Sign an employment agreement or letter of intent.
According to the recruitment position and interview results from high to low scores according to the ratio of 1:1 to determine the shortlisted candidates, fill in the "Luchuan County Public Institutions Recruitment of Urgently Needed (High-level) Talents Registration Form", after verification, the employer and the competent department and the personnel to sign the "Luchuan County Recruitment of Urgently Needed (High-level) Talents Signing Agreement" and "Employment Agreement for Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" ("Employment Agreement" candidates to prepare). For those with the same grades, the candidates to be signed will be given priority according to the order of academic qualifications, outstanding graduates, middle school members, outstanding student cadres or "three good students" who have obtained the department level or above.
If the ratio of the number of planned recruitment positions to the actual number of interviews is less than 1:3 due to the fact that some candidates give up their interview qualifications and the approved ratio of less than 1:3 for the examination, they must reach the following interview passing scores before they are eligible to sign the employment agreement, otherwise they cannot sign the employment agreement and enter the physical examination procedure.
If the ratio of the number of planned recruitment positions to the actual number of interviews is 1:1 or below, the interview score must reach 65 points and above to be qualified.
If the ratio of the number of planned recruitment positions to the actual number of interviews is more than 1:1 (excluding 1:1) to less than 1:3 (excluding 1:3), the interview score must reach 62 points and above to be qualified.
If the ratio of the number of planned recruitment positions to the actual number of interviews is 1:3 or above, the interview score must reach 60 points and above to be qualified.
5) Physical examination and inspection.
Organize medical examinations and inspections for those who have signed employment agreements. The medical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the medical examination standards of civil servants (the cost of the medical examination shall be borne by yourself). The content of the examination mainly includes the assessment of candidates' ideological and political, moral character, ability and quality, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity records, study and work performance, and situations that need to be avoided, etc., and their qualifications are reviewed. The time of physical examination and inspection will be notified separately.
6) Publicity. The personnel who have passed the physical examination and inspection are determined to be hired and will be publicized for a period of 7 days in the Yulin Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
vii) Employment. If there is no objection to the publicity result or the problems reflected do not affect the hiring, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions (the employment qualification of the 2024 graduates who have not obtained the corresponding graduation certificate, degree certificate and corresponding vocational qualification certificate by July 31, 2024 will be cancelled), and the employer shall sign an employment contract with the hired personnel for more than 5 years in accordance with the law.
5. Wages and benefits
The key areas of this recruitment are in urgent need of (high-level) talents included in the establishment and management, and the wages and benefits are implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state, the autonomous region and Yulin City.
Other subsidies: If they meet the provisions of the "Interim Measures for the Introduction of High-level Talents in Luchuan County" (Lu Banfa 2018 No. 3) and are recognized as the introduction of high-level talents, they will be given corresponding subsidies according to the corresponding level. Specifically: Settling-in allowance. The full-time doctoral and master's degree introduced to the county's public institutions will be given an annual after-tax settlement subsidy of 30,000 yuan and 120,000 yuan, issued for 5 consecutive years. Housing allowance. For the introduction of doctors from public institutions, 70,000 yuan per person after tax in the first year, and 20,000 yuan per person per year in the second four years;After working in Luchuan for 3 years, the master's degree will be paid a one-time after-tax payment of 30,000 yuan.
