Coming to the cement clinker firing workshop, engaged in the inspection of cement plant equipment for more than six years, along the way to inspect a lot of positions, experienced a lot of equipment accidents, these have created my inspection knowledge, for me to accumulate a lot of valuable experience, I am very happy to stand here to share with you inspection experience.
The leaders and colleagues here, you may wish to think about what your ideal inspector looks like?It's not a simple refueling, writing a record, and not just knowing how to report if the equipment is broken. I think it is to be able to judge the operation of the equipment in advance and maintain it independently.
First, I think the basic knowledge that inspectors should have.
An excellent inspector must master the necessary system technology, the working principle and structure of the equipment, and the necessary safety knowledge.
1. If you don't understand the process, employees lack subjective awareness.
I came to the first position of the cement is the grate cooler, sometimes there is often a "snowman" phenomenon on the fixed grate board, I did not care too much about a patrol, anyway, the equipment is running normally, and then the snowman grows bigger and bigger, top to the kiln mouth, affecting the discharge, and the kiln mouth iron is damaged, and finally can only stop the kiln treatment, which has a serious impact on production. This shows that I don't know the process and don't know the impact of the snowman on the system, especially when the coal quality changes greatly or the kiln skin is dropped, the accumulation is more frequent, and the accumulation is serious to the kiln mouth to wear the kiln mouth iron, which directly affects the calcination of the kiln system and the safe operation of the equipment. It affects the temperature of the system, affects the FCAO content of the clinker, and may cause shutdown in severe cases. Therefore, the necessary process knowledge is indispensable for inspectors.
2. The structure and working principle of the equipment are very important.
My second post is the kiln preheater, there is a handover, I went to inspect the equipment, back to the heart always feel that ** is not right, the second tugboat tile temperature is not too high, check the oil level is normal, so I will open the observation port, only to know that the oil scraper in the roller is deformed, resulting in not much oil film on the shaft. So sometimes you can't believe what you see on the surface, but if you open it up, you might find the answer.
I remember when I just graduated, my position was a coal mill, once when the coal mill was running, the maze circle between the reducer and the grinding disc was ignited, because it was very clear at night, I panicked, I don't know why, the grinding disc did not move after the shutdown. During the repair and disassembly, it was discovered that there was a small oil filler at the labyrinth circle. Ordinary inspections do not notice this, resulting in accidents. Therefore, any part of the inspection equipment, especially in remote places, is often the source of accidents.
3. Learn to be flexible and changeable, and the questions are often very simple.
My third job in cement was a coal mill. The problem of excessive differential pressure in the dust collector is often caused by the pulse valve running straight, so how to judge and deal with the problem. The way to listen to the old staff is to "listen" but it is difficult to find the bad pulse valve diaphragm when the scene is noisy, and then I think that when the pulse valve runs straight, the injection pipe must be cold, and the others are hot, sure enough, you can judge which pulse runs straight through by touching the pipeline, which is very convenient and simple, saving a lot of time.
In the winter, the pulse diaphragm is easily damaged, and there is often a shortage of warehouses, so I found that the flooded diaphragm can be used interchangeably with the right-angle diaphragm, and the problem becomes much easier. In addition, I found that there are many unused 4V310-8 two-position five-way solenoid valves in the warehouse, which can be assembled with the 4V310-10 two-position five-way solenoid valves, which solves the problem of shortage of accessories. Therefore, the inspection should think more and learn to be flexible, and the problem will be simple.
4. Safety responsibility is greater than the sky.
Scalding accidents are prone to occur when the preheater or grate cooler snowman is cleared;Carbon monoxide accident at a coal mill;If our inspectors keep in mind the working principle of the process system and equipment, it will greatly reduce the occurrence of safety production accidents. The use of typical carbon dioxide fire extinguishing devices is very important, so when I am on duty, there is my important inspection equipment, keep the accident in mind, when it is necessary to extinguish the fire, I can distinguish the starting route, ensure that the equipment can operate normally, and keep in mind the three starting methods: 1. Electrical start;2. Nitrogen start-up;3. Monomer manual. Therefore, prevention is the foundation of safety inspection.
2. Abide by labor discipline and keep in mind job responsibilities.
I will keep my safety responsibilities in mind, keep in mind the responsibilities of this position, go to my own safety post, and be my own safety person.
3. Correct your attitude and responsibilities in mind.
1. Be good at summarizing, and write down the problems that occur and the knowledge you have learned in your notebook, which is experience.
