Under the influence of cold air, the average daily temperature of the process decreased6～8℃。The lowest temperatures occurred on the morning of the 12th, -2 0 in the plains and -5 -2 in the mountains. From the night of the 9th to the day of the 10th, the easterly wind was 3-4, with gusts of up to 5-6. From the 13th to the 15th in the later period, there is still rainy and snowy weather in most areas of our city, and the heavy precipitation is mainly concentrated on the 13th and 14th, and it is expected that there will still be moderate snow in the Qinling Mountains.

It is expected that there will be moderate to heavy snow in northern Shaanxi, Qinling Mountains and Shangluo, local blizzard, snow depth of 3-5cm, and local more than 6cm;Rain or sleet turns to light snow in the northern part of Guanzhong, light to moderate rain turns to sleet in the southern part of Guanzhong, light to moderate rain in Hanzhong and Ankang, locally heavy rain, and rain turns to sleet in the southern mountainous areas.
Affected by the cold air, the average daily temperature of the whole province decreased by 68, the eastern part of Guanzhong and southern Shaanxi fell by more than 8.
The lowest temperature occurred on the morning of the 12th:Northern Shaanxi -10 -5, northern Guanzhong, Shangluo -6 -3, southern Guanzhong -4 -2, Hanzhong, Ankang 0 or so.
