The mind is the master of the body and is able to control the body and mind to keep it normal. The mind has mystical powers that cannot be described in a fixed form. The heart is considered to be fire, representing the essence of the southern sun, and has a bright character. The mystical power of the heart cannot be described in ordinary ways, it is neither cyan nor yellow, neither small nor small, neither short nor long, neither curved nor straight, neither soft nor rigid, neither thick nor thin, neither round nor square. It is unpredictable, blending yin and yang, encompassing all things in heaven and earth, and at the same time being down to the smallest detail. Controlling one's mind keeps one's body healthy, while letting it go free leads to madness. A pure mind leads to vitality, while turbidity leads to destruction.

The mind can illuminate the inner and outer directions of a person, and at the same time, it can also deceive people. Only by being able to maintain humility can we realize the way of nature, and by maintaining non-action, we can maintain the health of the body. Because the heart is invisible and cannot be accurately described, all misfortune and good fortune are born from the heart. Therefore, the sages set up kings and ministers, clarified rewards and punishments, set up bureaucrats, and established laws to educate the people. The difficulty of human beings is all in the heart, and if the heart is pure, there will be no evil. Wandering, life and death, and falling into evil ways are all caused by the heart. Delusions, disgust, love, trade-offs, all kinds of attachments and entanglements will eventually lead to inextrication and destruction. Like cattle and horses, people are dragged by attachment and move towards the swamp, sinking deeper and deeper, unable to extricate themselves, and eventually leading to death. The same is true of a person's life, when the mind is quiet and free from distractions. However, with the accumulation of growth experience and experience, people's hearts are gradually troubled by distractions, and the clarity and purity are blinded and polluted by mortal dust, and people cannot realize themselves. The saints have compassion on sentient beings and try to educate people so that they can purify their ignorant minds through the method of looking inside themselves.

If you look closely, you will understand that we are born out of nothingness. Due to the convergence of karma, the essence is accumulated, and it is affected by karma, and finally it is born, and human beings conform to the natural principles of heaven and earth, containing yin and yang, distributing the five elements, and corresponding to the four seasons. The eyes represent the sun and the moon, the hair represents the stars, the eyebrows represent the canopy, and the top of the head represents Kunlun. Of all things, human beings are the most spiritual. Human life is one with the Word, so we should cherish ourselves. Through Vipassana oneself, one should be respected, but not self-esteemed, not troubled by worldly distractions, not troubled by filthy chaos, and kept pure. Observe the self deeply and understand what is alienation and what is closeness. Obey the path of immortality, accumulate good deeds, and remain authentic. The world is ignorant and ignorant, but it is just asking for troubles. ”

Our life is determined by the Tao, sex is born by innate endowment, our mind can dominate the body, the thoughts in our hearts can be transformed into aspirations, wisdom can understand all things, and insight into all things is wisdom. It is the soul that moves and camps, it is the soul that is quiet and calms the body, what flows between the flesh and bones is the blood, it is the essence that maintains the essence, the pride is the pride of the pure qi, and the turbidity is the guard. All the gods are contained in the body, the body is the manifestation of all things, the visible and invisible qualities are the body, and the different sizes are the body. The mind is elusive, but the spirit is the spirit. When Qi enters the body, it is life, and when God leaves the body, it is death. The path to life is the way. The Tao is formless, but it has emotions, is fickle, and is able to connect with all the gods and living beings. In the human body, the Tao is the heart. Therefore, the path of cultivation is the cultivation of the mind. To cultivate the mind is to cultivate the path. The Tao is invisible, but it can be realized through the experience of life. Life is unstable and needs to be protected by the Tao. If life is broken, so will the Tao. If the Word is gone, so will life. If life and Tao are one, you can live forever and become an immortal. It is difficult for human life to last long because they cannot look inward, their own mind. If you can look inside yourself, you will be able to live forever. ”

People wander in the **, indulge in filth, and are entangled by the six emotions, which give rise to the six kinds of awareness. The six cognitions correspond to the six constraints, which make it difficult for people to extricate themselves. These bondages can make people love or hate, make it difficult for people to make choices, and eventually lead people to fall into trouble and be cut off from the Tao. Thus, by vipassana the six perceptions of oneself, one can understand the six desires. Where does desire come from?Desire comes from awareness. Where does awareness come from?Awareness comes from desire. Delusions and distorted awareness can lead to desires, which eventually lead to disturbing emotions. These bondages will make people wander between life and death, and they will never return to the Tao. ”

There is no distinction between life and death in the Tao itself, only the body has a difference between life and death. Therefore, the so-called life and death refers to the body rather than the Tao. The reason why the body is born is because it has obtained the Tao;The reason why the body dies is because it has lost the Tao. If people can keep alive and guard the Tao, they will be able to live forever. In addition, if one can always keep one's mind pure, the Tao will naturally exist in it. Once the Tao is present in the mind, the gods will keep the body and life will not die. People often yearn for life, but are unable to maintain an empty state of mind;Fear of death in your heart, but you can't protect the gods. It's like longing for nobility but not following the WordDesire to be rich, but not to pursue it;Eager for quick success, but unable to act;Craving abundance, but not satisfying the appetite. ”

The heart is obtained by the Tao, and the Tao is clear by the heart. If the heart is clear, the Tao will come, and when the Tao comes, the heart will be connected. The gods exist in the body, just as fire burns because it has a container. Brightness comes from the burning of fire, which in turn depends on the moisture of oil, which in turn depends on the retention of the container. If all four are indispensable, where does the brightness come from?In the same way, the gods depend on the illumination of the heart, and the heart depends on the maintenance of the gods. Water exists because it has a body, and the body is complete because of the Tao. If there is one shortcoming, what does the god rely on?Therefore, the so-called gods are the eyes that see, hear, know, and perceive, distinguish between physics, and understand everything in detail, all of which are made clear by the gods, so they are called gods. ”

The so-called humility refers to the abandonment of reality;Heartlessness refers to the removal of selfish desires;Centering means to make it unshaken;Peace of mind means to make it worry-free;To meditate is to make it undisturbed;Righteousness refers to making it una**;To purify the heart is to make it not cloudy; To purify the mind is to keep it from being defiled. These are achieved through trade-offs. Four mentalities, the heart is straight and not repeated; There is no high or low level of the heart; The mind is clear, and there is no darkness; There is no obstacle in the heart. These are the natural manifestations of nature. These words, although simple, are worth pondering. ”

It is easy to understand the Tao, but it is difficult to reach the Tao. It is easy to reach the Tao, but it is difficult to practice it. It is easy to practice the Tao, but it is difficult to attain it. Although it is easy to attain the Tao, it is difficult to keep the Tao. Only by holding on to it can it last. ”

The Tao cannot be obtained through oral instruction. Only by keeping an open mind and a quiet mind will the Tao come naturally. Ignorant people do not understand this, and they toil, and they are anxious about their aspirations, and their minds are restless, and as a result they are drifting further and further away, and their hearts are becoming more and more sad. If you want to get the Tao, you must choose carefully. ”

The Tao is very precious, and if it is to endure, it is necessary to stick to the heart and maintain the foundation of the gods. The spirit is not dispersed, pure and flawless. If the heart and the Tao are combined, you can fly to Kunlun. Innate life, acquired hold. There is no door to enter and exit, and there are no restrictions. Reconcile yin and yang, control the soul. Hundreds of millions of years, thousands of years of children and grandchildren. Jintang jade room, send off the old and welcome the new. ”

The way of Vipassana is to calm the mind and make the mind as calm as water. Chaotic thoughts do not arise, and evil thoughts do not invade. Stick to your body and external objects, close your eyes and meditate. Inside and out, there is a void and silence, and Shinto is subtle and profound. The outward appearance contains all things, and the inner contemplation is a thought. Clarity and tranquility are calm, and turmoil is over. Every thought is connected, deeply rooted in tranquility. Deep and permanent, profound and unfathomable. Anxiety dissipates forever, and there is no longer any distinction between right and wrong. ”

Lao Jun said: "I am not a saint, I learned it. Therefore, I accept and adhere to all my pursuits. Thousands of scriptures and terms are only in the heart. ”
