When I was a child, my teachers were the kind of private teachers who were very serious and unsmiling. They come to school early every day, prepare for classes carefully, attend classes, and correct homework in the evening, which is very hard. At that time, I didn't know much about the profession of private teachers, but I thought they were great and able to impart knowledge to children in rural areas. It wasn't until I grew up that I also became a private teacher. When I first started, I didn't have a lot of confidence in myself. After all, I'm just an ordinary college student, I don't have any teaching experience, and I have to deal with a bunch of mischievous kids. However, I soon discovered that it is not that difficult to become a private teacher. As long as you teach with your heart, the children will listen to you.
In my position as a private teacher, I encountered many challenges. For example, some children come from poor families and have poor learning conditions, and they need our patient guidance and helpSome children are withdrawn and unwilling to communicate with others, and they need us to warm and touch them with love. However, it is these challenges that have allowed me to grow and improve. I learned how to communicate with children, how to stimulate their interest in learning, and how to deal with various emergencies.
In this process, I also deeply realized the hardships and difficulties of private teachers. We need to keep learning new knowledge and improve our teaching skillsWe need to spend a lot of time and effort preparing for lessons and grading assignments; We need to endure all kinds of pressures and difficulties to create a good learning environment for children. However, it is these hardships and hardships that have strengthened my beliefs and pursuits.
Today, I am a private teacher with many years of teaching experience. Looking back on the past years, I am proud and satisfied with what I have achieved. I know that all of this is inseparable from the teachers and colleagues who have helped me, and the children who have made me grow. Finally, I would like to say that as a private teacher, we need to teach every child with our hearts and warm every heart with love. Only in this way can we truly make our own contribution to the cause of education in rural areas.
