Course Description:
The GIP-TRIA curriculum focuses not only on food resources and expertise in the physical benefits and safety of healthy foods, but also on the manufacturing and processing aspects of food. The curriculum is divided into three main sections: Basic Courses, Specialized Courses I and Specialized Courses II.
The Foundation Program provides students with an academic foundation in food and health, as well as basic management skills. The purpose of the professional course I is to improve students' problem-solving ability and cultivate high-level expert thinking through practical learning and Xi. The focus is on real-world applications and hands-on experience. Specialization II aims to develop expertise in the field of health and food resources.
