The No. 9 pier rope hanging basket was successfully liftedOn December 2, the No. 9 pier of the Changtan River Lishui Bridge invested and operated by China Railway Transportation and constructed by China Railway Guangzhou Engineering Bureau, two 360-ton cable hanging baskets were steadily lifted in place, which was another major breakthrough after the smooth lifting of the No. 8 pier cable hanging basket, marking the completion of the hanging basket of the hanging section of the main girder of the Lishui Bridge, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the main beam on schedule.
The main span of the Changtan River Lishui Bridge is 280 meters, which is a double-tower double-cable-faced concrete cable-stayed bridge, with an upper span of Lishui and S518 Provincial HighwayThe main beam is a double-sided box prestressed concrete beam, with a total length of 534 meters and a top width of 285 meters, 3 meters high, the main span is divided into 18 segments;The main tower is up to 2107m, after the completion of the bridge, it will become "the tallest tower in Xiangxi".
The structure of the main girder of the Changtan River Lishui Bridge is complex, the construction process is many, and the tower girder synchronous construction cross operation is many, the construction difficulty is large, and the safety risk is extremely high. The cable hanging basket of the cantilever section of the main beam is mainly composed of a load-bearing system, a suspension system, a traveling hanging system, a formwork system, etc. The hanging basket is 189 meters, 32 meters wide, a single hanging basket weighs about 180 tons, and the lifting height is 1022 meters. By using 8 sets of 200-ton jacks and 4 intelligent pumping stations, two hanging baskets weighing 360 tons are put in place at the same time by means of overall lifting.
Compared with Pier 8, there are technical construction problems such as narrow working space, construction near provincial roads, high traffic diversion pressure, cold climate, steep terrain, and obstructed line of sight. The group company, the second company and the project department attach great importance to it, and the design department of the group company led a team to the site to organize a major construction plan supervision and analysis meeting, learn from the experience of lifting the hanging basket of pier 8, and consider the installation height of the hanging basket construction platform, the installation method of the temporary cable of the lifting station and the attitude monitoring and adjustment method of the hanging basket in advanceThe project department carefully organized and scientifically deployed, jointly carried out all-weather traffic diversion with local ** departments, led the project department leaders to work in shifts, organized management personnel to monitor the whole process, and finally overcame multiple technical difficulties, realized the complete success of the bridge rope hanging basket lifting, and shortened the lifting time from 42 hours to 20 hours.
Luci Expressway is a key construction project in Hunan Province, is one of the sections of G59 Hubei Expressway in Hunan Province, after completion will form an inter-provincial passage through Hunan and Hubei provinces with the Hubei section, which will play a huge role in strengthening communication between the two provinces and promoting the economic and social development of northwest Hunan Province.
